## Terms and Conditions Welcome to The Treehouse Bungalow! Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information about your booking. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. ### Booking and Payments - A booking is confirmed once payment is received and the rental agreement is completed and signed. - Payments must conform to amounts and due dates outlined in the booking confirmation. ### Check-in and Check-out - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in writing. ### Occupancy - Maximum occupancy is 4 guests unless otherwise agreed in writing. - No unauthorized overnight guests, parties, or events. ### Cancellations - Cancellations must be requested in writing, terms are subject to the policy outlined in your booking confirmation. ### House Rules - Pets are allowed with prior approval. Please provide pet details during booking. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - No smoking inside the house. - Guest agrees to maintain cleanliness and report any damages immediately. ### Liability and Damage - Guests assume responsibility for damages beyond normal wear and tear, and will be charged accordingly. - Host is not liable for personal injury or loss during the stay. ### Governing Law - This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
